And I'm sure if you narrow it down to healthy people under 70 who are in decent shape, it's 99.99999%

Why is the media not covering this? Is it to keep up the fear porn to keep people miserable?

Because if it bleeds, it’s leads.

The liberal media doesn’t care about its 99% survival rate. They care about the 1% who were smokers, obese, or Joe Biden’s age.

Because the democrat controlled media want to keep as many people scared for as long as possible.

It’s opposite times too. Under 70’s are telling us to close things down, over 70’s are telling us to open up.

Do you people still not understand that covid is likely going to kill more than 400k Americans in its first year here?

Do you not understand that is around 10x the death rate of the flu and thus warrants more serious concern and handling?

That doesn't mean we should throw their lives away.

And if we are careless about holding down the spread until the treatments and vaccines are available, then that 400k could easily double or worse as the initial models showed.

Well, maybe some people needed to start thinking about their health before COVID 19 emerged. Those people need to self-quarantine themselves along with all the others that are fearful. Do you not understand that less than 10,000 in the US died FROM COVID 19 (if testing was accurate, which it isn't), and the others died MAYBE "WITH" COVID 19? I am guessing not. Those tests? A papaya, a goat and a paw-paw all tested positive for COVID 19, so the accuracy is ridiculous.

17+ of the oldest people in the world that survived COVID 19 (and some are REALLY old, over 100):

I do wonder with testing accuracy just how many of the 10,000 actually died OF COVID 19. COVID 19 deaths brought in CARES funds, as did the number of patients supposedly having COVID 19. I have posted and posted this information again and again. "None are so blind as those who will not see."

You've fallen for low information false narratives that are designed to shape the perception in favor of Trump. I would invite you to step out of the echo chamber and into the world of facts.

The death toll from covid stands at around 220k.

The absurd 10k number you referenced is the number of covid deaths where no other factor was listed as the cause of death.

As you know, most people who die from it do have significant co-morbitities, but it was still covid that killed them.

Initial models were wrong. I am surprised that you were not aware of that as they knew this early on in April.

https://www.statnews.com/2020/04/17/...s-critics-say/

"The chief reason the IHME projections worry some experts, Etzioni said, is that “the fact that they overshot will be used to suggest that the government response prevented an even greater catastrophe, when in fact the predictions were shaky in the first place.” IHME initially projected 38,000 to 162,000 U.S. deaths. The White House combined those estimates with others to warn of 100,000 to 240,000 potential deaths."

This is an AWESOME article: https://sandiadams.uk/lies-damned-li...ichael-yeadon/
