But it can be, depending on the age of the other person. Regardless, it is more wrong for a 6th grader to have sex (I was in elementary school that grade) than it is for a college student to smoke a little pot.
Why are so many people willing to call out poor behavior as WRONG?

That never works because none of the boys want to be that one boy who didn't need the Magnum sized condoms so they all take those even though most of them don't need them, so they don't end up fitting correctly.

I have yet to see most free programs offering extra large sizes as a general rule. And they don't need to, considering that a regular size one can fit around a shoe.

Yes it can be that's why I said not necessarily.
Your entitled to your opinion of what age it is right to have sex but it pretty much means nothing legally or to some 13 year old in Vermont.
We need to get past our personal opinions and judgement and just do what is necessary to prevent unwanted pregnancies, STDs, abortions.
People will have sex regardless of opinions or judgement. Its not my place to tell others its wrong when it has no bearing on my life, lets just help them do it safely and prevent unwanted consequences instead of preaching about those too.
They aren't handing them out to everyone. They are making them available. Not likely a 6th grader would be inclined to ask for one -- and then magically that condom makes him want to have sex -- lol.

Totally agree --- and I suspect most of the kids who may ask for a condom won't be in 6th grade but in 8th grade -- there are many stories of kids way too young doing things they shouldn't.
But it has been known to happen.
