Not true. Biden has been visiting battle ground states. He took three days off before the debate to prepare.
After Thursday he will hold his events once again. Yes they aren't open air rallies to show people -- look they like me -- they are getting out and meeting with smaller groups to allow them to hear him articulate his agenda in his own words.
Trump uses the rallies to moan and complain about what the press is doing to him, what the politicians are doing to him, what people say bad about him.

This is a completely different situation from 2016, we have COVID 19, Biden is not Hillary, Biden is not nearly disliked and polarizing as Hillary, Biden lead been consistent the whole time, 220, 000 have died, racial unrest.
Joe Hiden is scary. Period. I doubt he even lasts a year.
