It is because they are the rich and educated ones, that they understand that the "cool aide" <sic> is what the pandering democrats are trying to sell them. They know better because they have lived in socialism/communist hell holes, and they know what type of societies those ideas produce. They want the opposite.

With one statement, you summed up the difference between the way liberals and conservatives think. They dont expect the Republicans to throw them anything at all. Not even a paper towel. They expect the republicans to allow them to open and run their own business without the interference of the government that they experienced in their own countries.

But in typical democratic fashion, you are telling them that they are stupid "cool aide" <sic> drinkers, and that you know what is best for them, and they don't.

I am made from the same thread--- speak what I know not what I heard. Many Hispanics are very BIG on the have and have nots. The have's don't want the have not's to rise up, its in the culture. I am for business, trust me. It was said any years ago when the Cubans came, once grabbed hold of their surroundings, they took off building Miami into a a great metropolitan city. and they did. ELIAN was the biggest mistake the govt. ever made, and the Cubans would still have been Dems if that had not taken place.

What is stupid, is think the Dems don't want business and employment to rise up. I realize the BLM riots have made the DEMS evil in their eyes, and I know why. Its not a secret, there is a clash with some Latinos and blacks. Some don't like Mexicans or Central Americans . they have the same problems of "class" as Americans do.
I get why Cubans and Venezuela refugees, who truly get a hand up, want to take control. I expect more political representation from 2nd generation Venezuelans in time.

I don't have a problem they being repubs, I have a problem with they wanting "mr. T" to stay in office.

This is a mistaken notion. At least it is by the "haves" in THIS country. We want EVERYBODY to rise up. The liberal way of thinking is that everybody to be equal, so they want the "poor" to rise up, but that is it, because that "creates equality".

In contrast, conservatives want everybody to rise up, at their own skill level, and effort that they put in. And if that means everybody rises up proportionally, that is fine, because economic equality is not the goal. The goal is to have the best standard of living on the planet. So if the poor are buying new Fords, Toyotas, and iPhones while the rich ar buying new Mercedes and Ferraris, that would be a great thing to happen. If our "poor" are richer than middle class people in much of the rest of the world, THAT is what matters, not the fact that there are other people in our country that have a lot more than they do.

Miami is filled to the brim with Cubans. The left cannot lie to Cubans about communism. The Cubans know about communism, all too well, and they aren't going to stand for it.

Venezuelans too! They too have seen communisim close up and personal.

I hope Libs and any undecided voters are watching this. ANYONE who has seen communisim...hates it!

It starts out as democratic socialism, like some Northern European countries have now, but all it takes is 1 power thirsty egomaniac to turn it into full blown Socialism. From there, its a slippery slope to a communist dictatorship.

You just exposed your liberal mindset to us all! You insinuated that the Venezuelans want some kind of hand out from Republicans, in return for their votes. You are demeaning those proud people, by insinuating such a terrible thing.

All the Cubans and Venezuelans want is freedom, opportunity, and the American way....nothing more.

Even you know the there s HUGE gap with the 3% and the rest now... people just want to be treated equally and given equal opportunity. Not everyone is a surgeon or wall street guru, NOR do they want to be. But dam- do better with the schools and make housing affordable! The point being , these one in the streets parading are upper class,,, compared to their poor 1/2 starved compatriots back home. and those back home, they looking at them like "what are they NUTS" ? Unfortunately the louder propaganda wins out, why these two countries are in this mess today. I don't want a Venezuela or Cuba,,, and the Dems are NOT trying to create that. time for autocorrect...
