Trump said he would have a wonderful healthcare plan out by August where is it? Pence during the debate said they have a healthcare plan where is it?

Pence said preexisting conditions would be protected how? tsk tsk one month before the election what's the plan besides taking away healthcare from 20 million people.

Well actually, he said time after time after time it would be in place soon after he took office. By the standard of a man being as good as his word, he's worthless.
