I don't know how you get from Trump caving to Pelosi's demands to her caving on his. Why should she? The country is on her side. There will be zero money for his wall in the future. Zero.
The Democrats offered $5.7 for border security. That's what he will get. Take it or leave it. But he won't be trying to shut down the government again. That has been a big loser for him.
Pelosi will allow him some face-saving deal, but I doubt he'll get his wall.
Whether Trump will shut the government down again is anybody's guess. He's done it three times now in two years. He doesn't seem to be learning.
