Depending on the state, concealed carry permits range in price. NY is ridiculous.

So you want not just an armed guard but a standby SWAT level guard? For a weekly church service?
How about having the Feds supply them...Only a 100 billion or so and we save a few lives. After all it is the Fed Constitution that allows these shooters to be armed with semi auto weapons capable of overcoming a single well trained guard.
Why wasn't he picked up beforehand? Well. I highly doubt this scumbag was a sociable being. Probably a basement dwelling loner with 0 friends. So I'm sure he's had only social media as his only source of interaction with humans.

People shouldnt have to get some Govt issued permit in order to carry or conceal a weapon in the first place.
Besides that, who is actually giving the permits...oh Gee, its law enforcement!! Yeah, thats real intelligent to think they are the best group to handle such a thing!! LOL
This all sounds extremely suspicious to me...that the shooter would say those kinds of things after the attack...its almost like these shootings are being planned and 'scripted' in order to further divide the people.
