Actually, Murkowski announced at the end of her speech that she intends to vote "Present".
Yes, Multiple outlets are reporting that Sen. Lisa Murkowski will change her vote from “no” to “present” during tomorrow’s final vote for SCOTUS nominee Brett Kavanaugh so that Sen. Steve Daines (R-MT) can attend his daughter’s wedding and not have to fly back to D.C. to cast the deciding vote:

Yes, it certainly does and I hope something changes on that score. I wouldn't agree with that going on for either side. Call or write letters. The violence and aggressive behaviour needs to stop. A person could post some scathing disagreement on a Senators FB page or on Twitter. That is generally effective. I wish every person who bombarded a person's house or lawn would be thrown in jail and fined.

They need to be spoken too face to face by the American people. If a Trump Republican Senator and a nominee for the supreme court can threaten more than half the country with revenge once he s seated...its on.
Elected officials are elected to serve the people who elected them. Duh. Trump Republicans and Republican Party are a minority in the United States citizenry.
Currently then a minority are ruling the majority. Its supposed to be a Representation of the people. Trump Republicans Do Not represent the USA. They take our money , keep it, move it around in a shell game, then do the bidding of a handful of people because they are " rich donors" ? What's wrong with my money? And they are all millionaires who work just over 100 days a year.

So apparently Ford's lawyers are saying she had more "evidence" to offer in the form of answers to questions. That's not evidence.
By the vote tomorrow, they or Avennati will have some new poor soul who will claim they were drugged and raped at some mysterious party at some unknown date.
