Many innocent people in jail for murder have been released decades later. Blame the jury for finding them guilty

Yep, someone posted that worthless tidbit a while back.

But in cases of murder, a bunch of guys don't get to sit around fantasizing about all these evil wimmen plotting to ruin men with fake rape allegations.

Usually it's the prosecution's fault for suppressing evidence and bringing a weak case to trial and attempting to fool the jury. Also prosecutors work hard to keep any independent thinking person off the jury. If they think you're not easily fooled they don't pick you for the jury.

FBI exist in all States - not a problem to interview this guy and probably the friend that was coached.

Correct.

I favor disbarring prosecutors, in all states, for life, if it happens 3 times in cases where sentence was a year or more.

Sometimes it’s not that simplistic. Withholding evidence, prosecutorial misconduct, improper police procedure, and even coerced confessions. I probably break with my fellow GOPers on wanting to see more resources and funding for public defenders offices because I genuinely believe in the concept of fair justice. Fully in favor of locking up criminals but let’s make sure they have competent defense so we’re sure actual criminals are going to jail.

Do you realise you that's not a lie? You do of course. Are you a liar?

Your response to my ABA endorsement link does not refute my post.

They want and FBI investigation which I agree with FYI and is ongoing.

So, basically the ABA endorsement stands and your post wasn't relevant to that topic.
They got nuthin. We know it. They know it, they are just too childish to turn the tv off and go to bed. They are also too childish to walk back their He's a rapist He did it claims and are left with He's a drunk, He yells when he's defending his life, He cries when he's showing how proud he is of his youngest daughter, oh and ICE.

Abolish ice is a thing now. Not in Mexico borders, but in Georgetown bars.

Well looky here. I'm starting to get all giddy again.

I think we got this.

Boomerang 2018 is in full swing.

I'm gonna watch the local news and see how it translates there. If they have that just ate a turd sandwich look in their heads, I'll know something is turning a corner here.

Yikes. No, the whole Democrat Senate would be complicit.
