2,000 more tangible mining, forestry and construction under President Trump in just 17 months in St. Louis County, Minnesota with a population of 200,000

Strength of Iron Range recovery surprising to longtime locals - StarTribune.com

Hopefully, President Trump wins in 2020 in Minnesota.

Can't wait until the Midwest becomes a solid Republican block just like the South thanks to President Trump's America first agenda.

Democrats used to win by 35 points more or more in the Iron Range of Minnesota are now down to just over 10 points.

Once President Trump gets single-digit margins in St. Louis County, it is likely that the Midwest will be a solid block for Republicans just like the South and the Democrats will have their little base on the coasts and maybe Colorado which is California-light.

Looks like Duluth one of the few heavily Democratic areas in a state that is increasingly moving to the right has been showered with 2,000 jobs in 17 months thanks to President Trump's America First manufacturing agenda.

400,000 new manufacturing jobs in just 17 months under President Trump in mainly formally Democratic states in the Midwest that have been trending more and more Republican.

I wonder how the hateful Left will spin this good news into something negative about Trump.

And you just know they will.

The left wants President Trump to fail!

Sad thing, if he does. We ALL fail

China didn't import much steel in to the US, and I wasn't aware that China was holding back US mining, forestry and construction, indeed they are not major Chinese exports.

The main imports from China are computers, electronics and electrical goods.

Why the U.S.-China trade deficit is so huge: Here's all the stuff America imports

China makes so much electronic and computer equipment partly because American Multi-National companies such as Apple set up vast manufacturing bases there due to cheap labour costs.

So the US only has it's self to blame for some of the deficit, however the US Global Trade deficit only amounts to around 3% of GDP and these cheap goods allow the US consumer to buy cheap electronic products.

US Multinationals manufacture electronics in China.

China is the world hub in terms of electronics and you won't be picking up an ipad or mobile phone etc for a dollar.

Most things coming from China are toxic and bad for your health like drywall. Why do we need drywall made across the Pacific in the first place?
