A CNN "star" attended a Trump rally and he was frightened by the hostility the attendees showed toward the media to the point that he said this
“I’m very worried that the hostility whipped up by Trump and some in conservative media will result in somebody getting hurt.” He continued: “We should not treat our fellow Americans this way. The press is not the enemy.”
Ahh Ok Mr CNN star do you realize that you are comparing a few hundred people at a pro Trump rally to millions of your own kind that are calling for ICE to be abolished and these are the same people that for years have been making Police Officers into the bad guys which is now causing them to be attacked with more frequency?
Our Law enforcement agencies are not the enemy but the Left is making them out to be and guess what people are being hurt and killed because of it.
CNN carries water for and makes excuses for Antifa. Their "news reporting" has taken a back seat to anti-Trump propagandism. CNN is to blame for a lot of the violence we're seeing coming from the Left.

There's plenty of very good reasons for Trump supporters to hate CNN. And yet, nobody physically assaulted Jim Acosta. All that happened was the Trump rally crowd doing exactly what Jim Acosta always does in the White House Press Room: Screaming and yelling and making it impossible for anyone else to be heard. Childish? Absolutely. Counterproductive? Yep, that too. But Acosta also got a healthy dose of his own medicine.
Also someone needs to re-explain to Jim and a whole lot of other folks what "journalism" and "news media" actually are. Anybody with a cellphone and a YouTube channel can film things first-hand and report the news from the front lines. There is no license or government issue card that makes Jim Acosta more of a journalist than any other American. Citizen journalism is often more honest. Often you'll see folks upload 3 hours of raw footage. Fox News will take their footage and do their politically biased edit chop job, then show two minutes of it. CNN will do the same thing. But the actual truth lies in the raw 3 hour video -- which generally tells a story completely dissimilar to either biased edited version.
Guys, CNN decided about 2-3 years ago to take a pretty hard left turn to boost their ratings and financial results and guess what? It worked. Good for them, they're a for profit company after all so that's their business.
As a result, I wouldn't expect them to get a warm reception from a gathering of right-wingers.
This is absolutely NOT something new in America and frankly news crews have been attacked in the past...all he got was heckling which he tried to turn into bigger news by imagining how it could have gotten worse. That's not exactly what they teach journalists...imagine and report eh? lol.
This reporter works for a FOR PROFIT CORPORATION that has decided to take an opposing political stance so just like I'd expect to see a Fox News truck get booed or whatnot at a pro-illegal rally due to their stances I'm not too shocked by this.
He knew what he was doing. His popularity has skyrocketed since he became arch enemy #1. If he really felt as though he was in danger, he wouldn't go. He knows the typical Trump supporter doesn't do violence.
Nobody knew who he was before Trump came on the scene. Might as well milk it for as much as possible.
liberals burn down whole city blocks, their leaders call on them to "get a bunch of people together" and run conservatives out of restaurants and confront conservatives and in general create mayhem AND POOP ON COP CARS
