As stated above, the problem with the system is that it encourages prolonged dependency on it because there is no middle ground. So your only allowed to make a certain amount that isn’t enough to live. So you end up needing it. You cant get a better job(that pays alightly more) or get a raise. Because a dollar more and you lose the welfare. Instructions it should be where it helps you until you find the job that pays well or are able to find some place more affordable. Thrn you can safely detatch.

The GOP? I didn't know the whole party loved welfare. If you think the Democrats don't enjoy corporate welfare also then you aren't dealing in reality. The topic was about "immigrant" welfare anyway. Try to stay on topic.
