Building the Wall was the single biggest issue that distinguished Trump from the other candidates. This is what he got elected to do.

Most Americans do not want illegal aliens, drugs, violent gangs and possible terrorists coming into the United States from Mexico. Americans do not want the United States to become like the Latin American countries south of its border. If the Wall doesn't get built, then Trump's Presidency will be essentially meaningless.

So, let's get this thing built!

Lots of liberals and traitors want turn the USA into Mexico, judging by posts on this forum. I wonder how many are actually citizens?

Obvious they don't care about America and just want to use our country for their own economic gain (at the expense of our citizens).

I think we all knew the wall was a dream. It makes sense of course but not to half of the Lefty country that is willing to open the borders to welcome thousands of dreamers into their sanctuary cities and states and if a few criminals get in to deal their drugs, rob rape and murder citizens then so be it. The Dems don't care.

They will all shed a tear concerning the kids that are temporarily separated from their parents at the border but has any of them shed a tear when an illegal alien kills a child of a citizen or legal immigrant? The parents at the border will be reunited with their kids and the only question is on which side of the border it will be. The kids that are killed by gang violence, drugs or a drunk driver will never see their parents again and the tragedy could have been prevented if the Dems would have allowed the border to be secured.

There were many things beyond the wall that distinguished Trump from the rest. I think his greatest achievement has been that he beat Hillary and saved the America as we know it and love it for at least another 4 maybe 8 years. Everything he has done since then is icing on the cake.

Latest poll (from 2 days ago) on wall shows nearly 60% do NOT want the wall.
https://news.gallup.com/poll/235775/...ling-daca.aspx

Quote:
WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The majority of Americans (57%) oppose expanding the construction of walls along the nation's Southern border, a centerpiece of President Donald Trump's proposed immigration-related policies. At the same time, a large majority of Americans favor allowing immigrants brought into the country illegally as children to have a pathway to U.S. citizenship.

Public opposition to building more border walls is not new. Previous Gallup research and surveys conducted by a number of other organizations over the past several years show a consistent opposition to the idea of building new walls between the U.S. and Mexico.

Trump won on what basically amounted to a technicality. He has a mandate for very little.

FAKE news. They polled people living in American, not AMERICANS. Unfortunately they are not the same thing.
