She isn't the FBI nor the CIA.
She is a staffer. It isn't he business to know that. She isn't an investigator.
She gets reports from the FBI and the CIA, through the DOJ, after they have investigated.
Why does she get reports? What is she supposed to do with the information? Or are you suggesting she's not supposed to do anything except read what she's given, like a good girl?

What you had in quotes is the verbatim remarks. He doesn't say the recordings are of Trump or Trump's associates. And no matter how hard you try to tell us he does, the facts remain. He didn't say what you are alleging.

The charge against Susan Rice is that she deliberately unmasked Trump personnel in classified information.
The YUGE flaw in that argument is that if the personnel were masked in the classified information, then she couldn't possibly know that the masked personnel were Trump's people.
But the conservative propaganda effort is so desperate to crystalize attention upon something other than the problems of the Trump administration, they've finally settled on Susan Rice as the scapegoat of the moment.
