Clearly, a 2020 GOP Presidential Candidate. He will probably win unless Mr. Trump runs again.

Um...the linked article says nothing resembling this thread's title.

There are so many happenings to legitimately be outraged over, there's no need to find things to spin.

If you had anything serious during that time, that stint would've cost you a pretty penny. Someone who can't afford insurance is unlikely to be able to afford $300,000 hospital bills for a month's stay.

You simply declare bankruptcy. Keep all your assets in 401Ks or IRA's and/or your home and bankruptcy is pretty painless.

Ronald Reagan guaranteed every American healthcare in 1986. Every American has access to healthcare.

You are a good example of what we are up against, ignorance. People making assumptions, recharacterizing what a person said, and twisting, distorting, rewording, and inserting their own bias, then starting threads and demonizing the person for what they did not say.
Who is Medicaid for? The well off? Whay I wrote is the implication of Others statement. I didn't include quotes in the statement.

Otter is hoping that enough poor die due to him playing the waiting game on expanding Medicaid so that eventually he doesn't have to care about it all.

so your governor, in his infinite wisdom extrapolates that no one needs insurance because we're all going to die some day.
