That assumes a lot -- no one's been nominated.
What other policies does this nonexistent entity posses that you disgaree with?

Reversing course is something they excel at.

Where in the Constitution does it say that the Senate MUST consider any nomination and specify a timeline?

So, if the Democrats threaten to do this it's okay. But if the Republicans threaten to do it (and actually vow to carry it out) it's "unprecedented" and not okay?

There is a lot of hypocrisy here.

Lindsay Graham is one of the worst RINO's in Congress. He has betrayed his party more than stood with them.

As if the Democrats ha never been obstructionists. We need to look no further back than the last 7 years. Harry Reid had over 300 Republican bills on his desk which had never been acted upon.

It doesn't take much assuming to figure Obama would nominate someone with his, Sotomayor, Kagan pov on major social policy issues such as abortion, gay marriage, Obamacare, Hobby Lobby, etc..

Your theory that the R's will lose SC cases without a 9th Justice is, to put it mildly, odd.

Threatening is one thing, actually following up on a threat is quite different.

Merrick Garland, HBO's nominee has a history of being hostile to the second amendment. So much for nominating a "centrist".
