I am all for enforcing immigration laws, though I think it would be more cost effective to go after those that hire illegals rather than illegals themselves.

Perfect response that illustrates the OP's point. I support the law when it benefits my agenda.

He came up with a solution that pleases everyone, so hats off to Governor-elect Bevin!

On the other side of the aisle, Liberals seem hell-bent on preventing the enforcement of illegal immigration laws. Amnesty is often a word that they throw around, which is only rewarding the lawbreakers. How can Liberals, on one hand, bash Davis for not complying with the law, yet they want to reward illegal immigrants for breaking it? Is that not entirely hypocritical?

I would like some left-leaning people to explain their thinking if at all possible.

Bold talk.

Prove it.

Both parties are breaking the law. Why would you support only going after one party?

Yep. So does just about everyone. I'm just more upfront about it.

I'm not a liberal, but Kim Davis was standing in the way of the law when she refused to sign those marriage licensed.

That said, what part of Illegal Immigrant don't you understand?

Admitting your own hypocrisy, especially on a forum where integrity wins you support, is not a good thing.
