Actually they have---they've killed hundreds of Israelis since 1948. They've also killed more of each other than Israel has killed of them. As for the children and innocents who die in the wars, you can blame that on the Palestinians---they love using human shields.

I would expect retaliation from Palestinians after Israels brutal attacks but many of the claims by Israel are lies and staged attacks to justify it's actions. The ratio killed is far greater on the Palestinian side.
