Spending in 2009 alone, increased 17.9%, under a budget approved by Pelosi, Obama, and the Democratic Majority, with Democrats holding off on 9 of the 12 appropriation bills, passing only the Defense, Military Construction and Veterans Affairs, and Homeland Security bill, which were signed by Bush.. The other 9, signed by Obama..

LOL!!! By the time the interest was paid on the bush bailout(well into the Obama administration), his deficit shrank to only $600,000, when you add the interest it made back to what he was in the hole.
Clintons surplus was a sham. He borrowed money from social security to pay down public debt. I thought everyone knew this by now, but maybe those partisan blinders are thick.
Also it was a PROJECTED surplus for only one quarter. Either way, it was a GOP budget that created that surplus, not anything that Bill Clinton did and was based on the "Contract With America".
The deficit ballooned under George Bush after the Dems got control of the House and Senate, then went to an all time high when the Dems controlled the Presidency, House and Senate. Now that we elected Republicans to control the House and Senate, the Community Organizer has been doing better.
