After losing to incumbent Jim Matheson in 2012 by 768 votes, Mia Love was elected by a 4000+ vote margin over challenger Doug Owen in 2014. Owen announces that he will be back in 2016. My money is on Mia Love, both figuratively and literally.
Doug Owns will have a hard time of it with out-of-staters like you bankrolling his opponent.
