Glad that the folks at NSA get to continue their jobs keeping this great country safe.

Blah, reading the judges ruling....I'm sorry but you cant justify violating the constitution because of a single terrorist event. Even if you nuked one of our major cities I don't think that should justify turning us into a police state.

And putting it onto the other two branches to deal with....stating that you know its wrong, but leaving it to others to fix....the judge disappoints me in the extreme.

I hope it gets moved up and ruled on by the supreme court....and that it gets smacked down hard there.

Snowden is a loser who shall get his. All of this is just BS. Nothing has changed, nor will it. Can't wait for the traitor to get killed.

That is one for and one no in federal judges opinion. I am betting supreme court eventually applies it search rules on reasonableness and declares they need probable cause to get the files like any other search. They know that isn't the case or no new rules would have been setup; Mear suspicion time after time has been ruled unreasonable by supreme court in searches. They have thrown out evidence in murders cases and overturned convictions of murders on that basis time and again.

the federal judge does not know how to pour urine out of a johnny boot either.

that judge should try reading the Constitution before making unconstitutional rulings.

It's legal according to a federal judge...but we have over here another federal judge who says it's illegal. Interesting, isn't it? It's also interesting that this latest judge is receiving more media attention than the judge who ruled it illegal. More seriously, the NSA snooping so obviously and blatantly violates the Constitution (most prominently the Fourth Amendment) that this latest ruling can only be the product of an attempt to reach a predetermined conclusion utilizing whatever legal gymnastics and obfuscation that may be employed to give the ruling the appearance of credibility.

Is that what we have to look forward to if you and your ilk are not stopped? The cold-blooded murder of anyone that stands in the way of your scheme of total power and control and/or anyone you consider an enemy? Even if Snowden did do something wrong, anyone with a shred of conscience or decency would rather see him receive a fair trial by jury to examine the accusations rather than just kill him in cold blood without any trial or conviction. The latter is the dehumanizing anti-liberty mentality that legitimizes mass murder and is prone to leading to genocide. To anyone with a modicum of decency and empathy, not to mention belief in fairness, liberty, and the rule of law, this bloodlust you and others like you exhibit is very disturbing.

Yup Liberals get upset when we talk about killing criminals who want to harm us, but then they turn around and want to kill a person who exposed our government's illegal acts.
