Actually currently it is at 89% and the trustee they appointed is working to get that down to 80% where it should be. My guess is the school went through a series of poor management and is now correcting that.
Yep. A friend of mine who's an instructor at CCSF says that it has too many administrators who are too highly paid.
It doesn't help that -- per the article -- state funding for community colleges has been cut.

Even if this gross generalization were true, which it isn't, how else would you suggest that a poor person try to improve his/her employability in a high-tech economy?
