Of course, the irony here is you are advocating what is probably the biggest culprit to our inevitably collapsing society...the frivolous lawsuit. ...

Except that it wouldn't be frivolous.

The pu**ification of America.

When will people learn that the taming of aggression is to appease the comfort of the state and not to promote civility?
Last time I checked, the NFL is a workplace subject to the same laws as any other. When is it acceptable to teach that aggression and physical violence is an appropriate response and remedy to workplace harrasment (or really most situations for that matter)?

It's not the "p**sification" of America as you claim...it's the fact that hopefully we as people continue away from becoming idiotic neanderthals and becoming more rational, thoughtful human beings...

We can agree to disagree.

Even in your mindless, subdued, "pulseless" and hollow society....there will still be a ruling class with an imperial armed force of......

Aggressive, testosterone fueled neanderthals that will irrationally and promptly bludgeon the ones who fall out of line...

These deluded types of arguments are always the richest. We want to hold Richie Incognito accountable for his aggressiveness....but not out superiors.

RICHIE INCOGNITO MUST BE TAKEN TO TASK! And we MUST deemphasize the message AMERICAN FOOTBALL sends. It is SO important.

7 year old Abdullah from Syria also got shot in the time it took you to read this message...and the Asian that built your iPad jumped off the roof in the same time window.

I'm inclined to agree that Incognito's parents failed.

They plaintiff would obviously have deep pockets, great laywers and a very good case which is a black eye for the defendant.

There's a good chance that Philbin loses his job over this. He seemed like a bit of a tool on Hard Knocks anyways. That people running an organization of this caliber let this happen is ridiculous.
The happiest person in the NFL regarding this is probably Coach Greg Schiano at Tampa Bay. This has dominated the news and you don't hear a thing any longer about the controversy between him and their former QB Freeman. BTW, they really played Seattle tough on Sunday but still lost.

Philbin had better get as much info out as he can before this weekend or he definitely will be in trouble. I predict he will be doing a major mea culpa soon ("My intentions were good, but I exercised poor judgement and apologize" sort of thing) in order to try and hold onto his job. If he continues to do what he is doing now, he will be gone.

Actually, a lawsuit against the Dolphins and/or the NFL would be about accountability - it isn't about Incognito anymore. Your red herring comments about Syria and sweatshops are just nonsensical.

No team is going to hire Martin, because he made it abundantly clear he cannot be trusted and will run to the media when his feelings are hurt. Instead he is trying to extort a couple of million from the league.
