give it a rest!!! it I said it was an oops mistake according to the article its 400 tepco liar tons a day, not 300 tepco liar tons..

remember the bp gulf oil spill in the first estimate BP claimed 1000 barrels a day, then that number jumped to 5000 BPD, then to 10 to 12 thousand BPD, then to 20 thousand BPD, then to 35 to 40 thousand BPD, the final tally was 59 thousand bpd a day!!! big azz difference from the original 1000 BPD....

In the early days most nuclear waste was dispossed of b y injection wells or simply put in 55 gallon drums and buried just like chemical waste. Standards were different too. If a reactor was air cooled the low level radioactivity in the air was simply vented out a tall smoke stack. Water with a low level of activity was simply dumpede in the Tennessee, Ohio or Savannah Rivers. That is why those water cooled reactors were sited on the banks of those rivers or there tributaries The Savannah River goes to the Atlantic and one of America's best shrimp fisheries. Remember that when you order up that all you can eat shrimp deal at Red Lobster.
Yikes,
So does that mean we are really being exposed to those high levels daily that the map shows? And is it a whole environment rating they give I.e. Water, air, food, or are they just detecting radiation from the air?
Thanks

There are no Red Lobsters or nuclear reactors in Alaska. Coincidence? Hmmmmm....

Oh, and our Alaskan shrimp make "Rambo Prawns" look tiny. It takes 11 to 15 "Rambo Prawns" to equal one pound. It only takes 4 to 5 Alaskan shrimp to equal one pound. One Alaskan shrimp burger makes almost a "quarter-pounder."

Japan couldn't care less. What would you expect from a country that still hunts whales and has almost entirely decimated the shark population.

If you spent more than 2 seconds looking at a map attached to such a biased frantic pile of garbage....you've been had.

I'd suggest searching for legitimate scientific sites and not pay attention to people claiming nuclear armagedon and citing bears getting mange and proof.

Yucatan Mexico Pacific white prawns are about the same size 4/6, but without the oil residue!

Is the west coast being fried by Fukushima radiation? Dr. Andrew Thaler, a marine biologist and chief editor of Southern Fried Science, totally dismantles Michael Snyder’s Activist post 28 Signs That The West Coast Is Being Absolutely Fried With Nuclear Radiation From Fukushima. Take Home: No and the Snyder article distorts the truth and outright lies to advocate for his position. Favorite Quote: “The article is a paranoid, poorly reasoned attempt to link the tragedy of the Fukushima disaster to just about every environmental issue facing the US west coast in the last few months.”
