I'm puzzled as to why 2nd A advocates have not come to the defense of young Andy Lopez' right to carry his weapon in public?
you have no understanding of the 2nd amendment and how concealed carry laws work, stop embarrassing yourself. the same person who i believe thought trayvon martin could get a concealed carry permit at 16 years old in florida
An even better question: why didn't more right-to-carry advocates point to Trayvon Martin as an example of someone who might not have died had he been armed?
was it legal for young andy lopez to open carry an AK in his jurisdiction ?
I suspect not,
maybe you should brush up on the law or better yet,
stick to topics you know about,
like basketweaving and leave adult conversations to adults....
if you would brush up on laws concerning minors/weapons you'd have a better chance of not looking silly not to mention a racist...
Right, because anyone who speaks out against racism is really a racist themselves, unless the "victim" of said racism if white.
So you're saying that had Martin been of age, the NRA might put him forward as an example of someone whose life may have been saved if only he had been armed. I find that hard to believe...

and since when does the NRA support people shooting others for no apparent reason? Walking behind someone is NOT a reason to pull a gun and shoot someone.
He wasn't carrying a rifle. It was an airsoft toy. The entire incident from the cops spotting him to shooting him lasted only about 10 seconds. I think the moral of the story is that a brown skinned person with what might be a gun is assumed to be a criminal while a white man with a rifle is just exercising his constitutional rights.

Well, it was a toy gun so why would they come out. Cops using real guns is the problem in this case..a 13 year old shot 7 times? really
