Yeah, but they're not necessarily telling people that the money will be used for elections. They're telling people that it will be used to get rid of the ACA, which will not happen.

When has the Supreme Court ruled that a tax increase passed in the Senate, and not the House, was Constitutional, despite the Constitution saying otherwise..

Are you that ignorant about the Constitution? I dont give a crap about the money.. some things in life are more important...

Where did you get that the money is being used for elections? I dont see that anywhere on the site.. Are you just making things up again?

The final arbiter of Constitutionality is the Supreme Court-- They ruled it Constitutional. I don't think I am the one who is ignorant of the Constitution. Maybe you're SELECTIVELY ignorant of the constitution?

You still havent answered the question,

When did the Supreme Court rule a tax increase passed in the Senate, but not the House, was constitutional?

Did you even read the Constitution where it says ALL tax increases must pass the House FIRST?
