Everyone's favorite unwrapped mummy just scored a gig as the next US Ambassador to Japan.

Hopefully giving speeches or interviews is NOT part of the job requirements:

There are a lot of truly ignorant democrats, but this broad is head and shoulders above the rest. She will be a complete embarrassment to our country, however it would be hard to top obama...

I think it is time for the Kennedys to step out of the spotlight. I have never been enamored with them but for some reason, she really annoys me.

Unless the Japanese embassy is also running arms, it's probably not really much of a story.

She's the daughter of a man who was a WWII war hero fighting against the Japanese in the Pacific. And now she's going to be the United States ambassador to that country.

But if you need to get your little digs in and share your opinion of how a woman looks ....... I'm doubt you have any idea that she's about to write a remarkable codicil to the history of our country.

Pity. Your loss.

Maybe she can borrow Obama's teleprompter.

She truly is embarrassing. Clearly, this appointment was a case of "lineage" over "intelligence".

It is WAY past time for the Kennedys to slither out of the spotlight. They've done enough damage, though they do make an incredibly good punch line with all of their mishaps.

You never know....

She's not fit to be an MSNBC anchor, much less, you know, an ambassador. But, you know, maybe she'll surprise us all, you know, by putting that Ivy, you know, League education to, you know, use.

It's unlikely she's writing anything. Signing her name on something, perhaps, but there's not a lot of original thoughts kicking around her likely-medicated head.

OUR loss, and here she is in action:

She's not the sharpest knife in the drawer but certainly on par with the rest of this administration intellectually. Stupid is the new normal in D.C.

This nomination is a consolation prize. Caroline Kennedy is on record stating how much she dislikes Barack Obama. She has said on the record that she thinks he is a terrible leader. She has been very vocal in that regard behind the scenes. Barack has taken the track to keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. He doesn't like her blabber-mouthing about him in the Kennedy circles. So what does he do? Nominates her as an Ambassador.
