What about vaccines? A libertarian wouldn't want to pay so that everyone got vaccines as to eradicate certain viruses?

Not by force, no.

If I chose not to participate, that is my own choice, and if I get sick, that is my fault and I must suffer the consequences. Just like if I choose to eat fast food 3 times a day, it's my fault if I get diabetes and heart disease.

It's called personal responsibility.
