His body was transported with the rest of the evacuated Americans. None of this changes the fact that there was no purpose in having Gibson's team flying to Benghazi. They would have been just 4 more people who needed space on a transport that was going the other way.

Everybody already knows "what really happened." That hasn't been in doubt since before the election.

And I don't think you know what an "excuse is." The talking points that Rice took to the talk shows were not excuses. To this point, no one has offered an excuse. They have instead acknowledged the mistakes (none of which, by the way, had to do with the immediate response) and moved on to ameliorate them.

Yes, as a matter of fact. I did.

Ignoring such testimony would be hearsay, here is the transcript of Hick's testimony. Please point out to me exactly where it says that Gibson was given an order to stand down.

I'll wait.

I believe the word you were looking for was "too."

I rarely correct people's linguistic ignorance. But when it's that ironic, it must be called out.

What happened in Benghazi is terrible, but it's hardly unprecedented, and on balance, President Obama has done a much better job of protecting not just the country but also the military than his predecessor.

Your silly question has been answered right here in this thread. Look it up and quit making such a fool of yourself.

You don't know either huh?

The CIA nor the White House believed it was about a video. They simply couldn't come up with a better excuse for getting caught unprepared.
Except Benghazi was not an embassy or a consulate.
