Why was the baker wrong who didn't want to bake a wedding cake for a gay couple, but the baker who didn't want to bake a cake for a child name Adolf Hilter gets praised?
I realize that both stories are old, but the father of the kid named Adolf showed up in court today dressed in a Nazi uniform. Yeah, I think he's a nut job all around, but as an American I'll defend his right to be a nut job.

The hate accusation is typically used when liberals are unable to defend their positions on issues with logic.
The accusation serves it's purpose by ending the intelligent debate liberals cannot participate in.
Same-sex marriage and abortion are popular indefensible issues for which liberals use the hate accusation to avoid being shown to be wrong, inconsistent or simply bigoted by their own standard.

Denver has an anti discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation.
I don't think that name choice is a protected class.

Indefensible? Seriously? Just because YOU don't understand the constitution, doesn't mean that it doesn't exist.

Just like I said in another thread.
It's okay for some people to discrminate and not others. Seems fair.
If the gay guy was injured by being refused service why was the Hitler guy not?
Anti-discrimination laws are clearly discriminatory. And they cannot be defended.
And why should we have "protected classes" We are all Americans. How can the we expect everyone to treat each other equally when we legalize unequal treatment of each other based on arbitrary factors?
The easiest way to fix all this discrimination and inequality is to get the government out of our lives. The private sector solves these problems quickly and without controversy.
The majority of state legislators along with many municipalities have deemed it to be public policy to prohibit the discrimination against gays. These legislative bodies have deemed it improper for individuals to be discriminated as a result of who they are, just as we prohibit discrimination based upon race, creed, national origin or religion. No city, state or the federal government has seen fit to prohibit discrimination based upon political views, or actions.
