Same reason Obama hasn't released his records (birth, college)..because he doesn't have to.

The left are making up just as many stories about Romney as the right are about Obama.

When did they come off as if they knew? Romney was going to lose with or without tax returns. He didn't have a plan and then when he decided on something, they next day he changed it. Don't you remember?

He did release his birth certificate twice.

No one releases their college transcripts because most people probably don't have them any more.
