I am guessing there will be no mess left behind and no one will be raped.

10,000 strangers from all over the nation, nobody knows where they came from or who they are. Every one of them armed to the teeth and taunting the government. The odds of pulling off a peaceful, violence free political rally are greatly reduced.

I need no stats or serious data to back me up. Common sense will do nicely.

Gun hater? I don't think so.

I believe in the Supreme Courts ruling that the 2nd is an individual right subject to reasonable restrictions. You don't believe in reasonable restrictions. That is apparent.
This loaded gun march is the stupidest idea that gun owners have ever had and will set gun owner's credibility back 50 years. Many of the "antis" consider us nuts. This march will prove their point.
You sir are a very good example of how you cannot talk any gun facts without a personal attack.

The best way to reinforce the public perception of some gun owners would be to proceed with this march, what do you expect to prove.

It will probably be more peaceful than the pot smoking festival in Denver where people were shot.

Other than their wives and girlfriends? No, probably not.

This a dumb move being proposed by someone or some that have wrapped them self up in their side of politics that are blinded by common sense and blinded to others because they have become extremists.

Are we Bahrain where non violent and unarmed protests are met by police beating and shooting you? NO

Are our politicians refusing to step down and not hand over power to the newly elected? NO

Has the constitution been suspended? NO

Do you no longer have the ability to stop or revoke a law passed? NO

News flash, we pro gun people just beat back and won against the anti-gunners, WE WON. On a national level anyway. So you can't tell me the system no longer works, you can't tell me we have fallen into a dictatorship on the verge of becoming a nazi or communist country.

This event would make pro-gun people look bad, it would hurt not help.

shame you typed all that incoherent nonsense.
I bet your mom is proud those 12 years you spent getting your remedial basket-weaving degree was $$ well spent

last week in houston we had around 100,000 people @ the NRA convention.
crime wasnt an issue, people were incredible polite
oh, there were even protesters there.
about 20.

why not just march with signs that display the messages you want to get out? What is the necessity for loaded weapons?

Personally, I think it's more of an "in your face" intimidation thing than it is a peaceful rally. In essence, it's a simple case of "brandishing a weapon" to make a political point. A crime in most local jurisdictions.

How valid is your political message when you have to make it at the point of a gun? This is just a terrible idea and will turn into a giant cluster F#*k if it's even allowed to get off the ground.

Stupidest idea yet by the rabid right.

Oh, and one more thing. The organizers of this Cluster better take out a couple hundred million dollar insurance policy in the event someone gets shot during this rally. You're asking 10,000 people you don't know, of dubious backgrounds, to load up their weapons and show up in DC on the 4th. Every nut and cretin with a gun will crawl out from under their rocks and show up for this party. You seriously don't think that every one of those 10,000 will be staunch, law abiding patriots do you?

Those who would do away with the Second Amendment and disarm the citizens do not deserve to live in freedom. They do not understand it, won't defend it, and therefore deserve tyranny. Let them go to some country that enslaves them.

No we'll stay here and disarm these gun nuts when they cross the Memorial Bridge. After we take their guns, we'll let them enjoy the city. There's a great concert on the Mall that day.
