I think America is generally doing pretty well right now. With the country generally becoming more socially liberal people are able to live there lives in relative peace, though we still have a ways to go.
In short; I don't think America needs restoring. Obama to some extent has gotten us back on track and I see no sign of us regressing at this point.
Economy is seeing hope, most people I know are able to save a little bit of cash, and in general things look better than they did in say 2009.
Let's just hope we stay the hell out of Syria.

I'm pretty happy with the way things are going in this country. I do think there is too much pollution, though.

I agree there is too much pollution. Too much sprawl also but I know others don't think of sprawl as a bad thing.

Two contradictory statements. You want the US to have borders, which we already do have, yet you want to secede from said borders typical neo-Confederate mentality. I love the Constitution and that's why I'm seceding away from it. Appomatox, read about it, please.

Rebuild all of the infrastructure of the US from the local neighborhood street to the tunnels under the Hudson River and beyond.

0% forced credit stimulus from the Federal Reserve payable in 100 year bonds.

Our infrastructure is the laughing stock of the developed world, we need the millions of jobs that it will generate directly and indirectly.

How about a NY Rep Peter King type of approach. Round up all AR-15 owners and put them into interment camps? Wait .. Wait! Better yet, take all them "brave" wanna be unregulated militia, station them under the lead of Gen Nugent on the Mexican border and let the bandidos take care of them.
