What would lead to to expect that no one is, or no one has?
Show one person other than Hicks and the 4 dead, one severely injured that has paid anything. A couple low level employees given a vacation and now back at work? Yep, that'll do it.
So, anyone who complains about being told what to say, taking umbrage at having a "minder" etc, etc and is then dumped on for not touting the company line is somehow complaining?

Since the Benghazi affair was actually a tragedy that happened to us rather than your imaginary scandal committed by us, the first people who paid were the almost 100 terrorist attackers killed during the fighting and the CIA evacuation of the 30 or so survivors. Several others of those involved have been killed since, to include the commander who was ultimately responsible for the attack Mokhtar Belmokhtar.
I'm sure that will not satisfy you, but veterans like myself actually prefer punishing our enemies rather than our compatriots.
