And you are as right about all that as you are right about him wanting to decrease oil production - in other words not right at all. How can you expect ANYONE to take you seriously when you are so off-base all the time?

But you need a pipeline to get the oil to the refineries, and there are not any where the oil is located? Short-sighted? Yes.
The refineries in this country are in Texas, California, Louisiana and one or two in New Jersey. There is a small one in New Mexico.
None of those places are near Alberta or North Dakota.
one in Minnesota too.
