He can cram this lie down our throats and make us buy mini coopers but how does he plan to get China and other countries on board? He did realize that this is a world wide agenda... or is he just going to steal money from Americans?

China claims "emerging nation" and is exempt from any climate change limiting laws.
Don't know about Russia though.


Copenhagen failed. But that won't stop us from implementing parts of it.
We have the EPA, Goldman Sachs and Al Gore waiting in the wings.

I don't think any American can force China to do anything. China is going to do what they want to do.
