If it's most despicable we're talking about, it's Madoff hands-down. Most tragic, Armstrong. Most comical, Nagin.
That is a pretty good break down although, Armstrong was more than just tragic....He ruined a lot of lives too with all the lawsuits he brought on others. In the interview he wasn't even sure who he sued and who he didn't but, he's no where near as despicable as Madoff.

I was going to say Bernie Madoff until I remembered that hundreds of people died during Katrina because ol' Chocolate City douchebag Nagin wouldn't allow the school buses to be used to transport the poorest of the poor out of the city.
