No evidence has been submitted that he ever assaulted girls.

Al the evidence demonstrates that he assaulted boys.

Boys are male - the same gender as Jerry Sandusky.

Duh.

I asked what evidence you have that he's a homosexual, not what evidence you have that he's a pedophile.

I was confused by somebody not considering a man raping man to be rape - so I asked "what?"

I don't understand how you got outrage out of that.

Why would you consider any "man to man" sex to be "O.K."?

It is possible to be both a homosexual and a pedophile (although many pedophiles have no adult sexual orientation). Again I'll ask you - what evidence do you have the he is a homosexual?

I have no idea what you're talking about here.

And who are you quoting? Did I say those things?

Why would it be the case? I can only speculate, but I would say it is because if you do include cases where a man has sex without consent as rape, then it massively shifts the rape statistics. By the CDC crime survey in 2010, reclassification would cause the number of rapes suffered by men to quadruple. That requires a massive shift in rape awareness, prevention, and victim services for men since rape is considered such a serious event in our culture. The numbers would get large enough at the federal level that it would be no longer feasible to consider the rape of men (outside prison) as a negligible problem in society as a whole. It would require far more action and money to address it than is currently available. I mean who really wants to create a whole new societal problem that we then have to fund and treat, especially in these economic times?

The author of the article is a law firm specializing in sex crimes. As for why you should believe it, why should you believe that 2+2=4? It just is. But if you don't want to believe it, then don't. It's a free country.
