Canada had legalized SSM quite some time ago. Please expound on the fall of Canada...I'm all ears. Should I make preparations? Build an underground bunker and stock up on water and non-perishables? Buy a generator?
Be patient.. it takes a little time for judgement to happen.. It's not like the next iphone, coming out every 6 months.

Right. Those early popes who committed murder, participated in whoremongering and homosexuality, who demanded that kings go on not one, not two, not three, not four but FIVE crusades (wars)...

Early Christianity wasn't nearly so sanctimonious as some of its modern practitioners.

I just can't go for this whole gay thing in it's present form...I am almost 63
years old and have seen an increase in gay behavior over the decades -
WHY? Are there more of them....I don't think so...and the hiding in the
closet thing does not fly for me...there is engineering going on.
Ummm, yeah, here's the thing....
It doesn't matter a whit if you "go for it" or not. It's the law of the land. Your opinion means bupkis.

Do you judge all nations by their leaders?

If so, you could say we are all murdering, whoremongering, homosexuals....

O'bama kills innocents in the name of America on a weekly, if not daily basis...
And he's a closet homosexual....

Sure thing. Torture, the Spanish inquisition, the Crusades and burning witches at the stake is a MUCH better way to live. Oh, for the good old days....

Again, true believers did no such thing. Rulers and Powers have always corrupted the good for their selfish gratifications and greed.

But you know that...

Baby with the bath water?

You really seem to have an obsession with South Park, which is fodder for 13 yr old boys.
Get help.

Ah yes. The "no true Scotsman" fallacy.

Wrong on history. Wrong on religion. Just wrong.

The Vatican may have autonomy, but it doesn't comprise a nation. I do judge religions by their leaders. I would think most everyone does.

And the fact is that for the first millenium and a few centuries thereafter, homosexuality was not considered anathema by the Catholic Church. In fact, the word "homosexuality" didn't even exist. And "buggery" was a minor sin at best, certainly not an abomination.
