LOL...the GOP will never get it. Trotting out a black and latino isn't going to do it. We have told you numerous times that blacks have been voting Democrat for a long time, but right-wingers continue to say that we voted for Obama just because he's black. When that doesn't work, they move on to say we vote for handouts. So I guess now we are supposed to be scared of Democrats losing black and latino votes because you trot out a token black and latino. Keep thinking that insulting our intelligence will gain votes and you may as well make your donations to the left because you're doing a heck of a job helping Democrats to win.
It would be very progressive of Republicans to run a partnered lesbian for the office of POTUS, but I don't think it will happen that soon, nor would Rice seek her party's nomination.

You must be joking!
Democrats tell republicans all of the time that the GOP is too white and doesn't have enough color.
If the GOP presents faces of color then that will destroy the democrat advantage.
Diversity is a weapon for the democrats. Why can't it be a weapon for the GOP as well?
When will the GOP realize that it's not about race? It's about economic and social issues, not the skin color of the person who's trying to inhibit them.

Not to mention that 3 million less republicans voted for Romney than McCain. How many less (from the South especially) will not vote for this ticket?
I'm more amused at the thought that someone who is both pro-choice and indelibly linked to the very unpopular Bush Adminstration 'scares' anyone on the left.

Checkmate, democrats!!
AL and MS will go Dem if this is the ticket. Maybe even GA. The elephant in the room is that Romney lost money and votes because he is a Mormon. You don't understand a percentage of your base very much.
Doubt it. That'll just be another loss for the GOP. Rice is a freakin moron!
Wow! GOP never ceases to amaze me.
Shes a moron? Really! You do know what her job is right? Must be nice to be so smart to look down on the 99% of us that are dumber than you if you think shes a moron.
