Oh I dunno we are a nation that has put people in concentration camps because of race in ww2 and prosecuted and jailed people who didn't approve of our participation in ww1.

Freedom of religion. We are in danger of losing that very precious right because of those who who confuse it with freedom from religion. That someone thinks we should ban the truly devout of a religion is but one example of this. That does not mean I think the nutcases of a religion should ever be able to dictate our laws, just that we should respect their beliefs whenever possible.

Freedom of religion is a very fundamental right.

No. Ban illegal acts like bombing abortion clinics, but leave them be otherwise.

A ban isn't gonna do squat. Just cut to the chase and find these people and put them in prison or send them to Texas to get squashed. Simple as that.

If they were banned, we should pity the cursed existences of those who banned them. Their punishment would follow their descendants, until they learn of their crimes, and change, and they would be cursed all the worse if they did not believe they did wrong. What a horrendous fate that would be.

No they should not be banned. Such a fate would be cruel and unusual punishment to those who did the banning.

Actually it is not unconstitutional. The govt. can ban anyone they like. Non U.S. Citizens have absolutely not rights at the border. We can refuse anyone for any reason, we don't even have to have a reason. Once they get inside the border, they still don't have the same rights as a citizen but it debatable that they have some. At the border, there is no debate, they have none.

We could have a law that said nobody with brown eyes could immigrate. Constitutional.
