After almost 4 years of Obama; Bush 43 as POTUS is looking better and better.

Im not and judging by their approval ratings President Obama is still far more popular than Bush. So you are in a clear minority of Americans with that opinion.
Now that Vladimir Putin has returned to the Russian presidency,
why not bring Dubya back to be the US president. After all,
hasn't the US government proven over and over again that
constitutional restrictions don't matter ??
I plan not to vote in this election... but I would vote for Dubya.

Are you sure you didn't mean to say "Obama" instead of "Dubya"? Or maybe I didn't catch what you meant.
You should miss him, you voted for him twice. Like many of his other supporters, you may not want to admit it, but its easy to see Bush supporters, especially on forums like this one.
I voted for Obama for POTUS in 2008; I ain't voting for Obama as POTUS in 2012.
