I hope I'm right too. I'm looking forward to every single gay marriage ban in this nation being struck down. I wish they'd do it today so that gay and lesbian Americans are not denied equal rights a day longer.

the right to marry in Loving v. Virginia was specify linked in the court's decision to procreation.

since 2 men can't have a child together. and 2 woman can't have a child together. it's irrelevant.
