It's about time America starts to identify and address the illegal aliens who are destroying this country from the inside out and this appears to be an excellent way of keeping track of citizens of other countries who either stay past their visa limit or are here illegally.

Aside from the fact that your claim is completely wrong, here's a thought -- people who enter the country illegally won't stop by and get microchips saying "Hi, I'm a foreigner!" implanted in themselves.

And whatever savings might be realized by finding those who have overstayed their VISAs would be lost to the cost of equipping every LEO nationwide with an RFID scanner.
why not chip everybody. especially politicians. if you chip at the border crime will vanish. u no longer wonder where they are and what they are doing, u will already know. if u r hiring illegals, they wont even talk to you. if u r speeding they will just issue will save billions. however remember america being the land of 2nd chance????, that will kill it dead forever. not good.
