Now he's going after domestic natural gas production....

According to opponents of the legislation, by Presidential decree the federal government can now coordinate action through thirteen core federal agencies against any domestic natural gas production facility and according to standards determined to be appropriate not by law, but because of political agenda.

Kill the competition, coal, oil, gas. He wants wind mills, solar panels and algae and Chevy Volt.

Instead of reading the biased synopsis, quote an actual news source. This is AP:

Quote:
WASHINGTON (AP) — The Obama administration on Wednesday set the first-ever national standards to control air pollution from gas wells that are drilled using a method called hydraulic fracturing, or fracking, but not without making concessions to the oil and gas industry.
...
Top EPA officials said Wednesday that the new regulations would ensure pollution is controlled without slowing natural gas production.

"By ensuring the capture of gases that were previously released to pollute our air and threaten our climate, these updated standards will protect our health, but also lead to more product for fuel suppliers to bring to market," said EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson in a statement.
If you think that fracking should go unregulated, with companies drilling anyway and anywhere they want, you are irresponsible. The regulation balances energy production with protecting the public.

More job-killing regulations in the name of the global warming hoax.

Until then, they will be required to burn off emissions by flaring the natural gas, a common industry practice already used by energy companies to reduce pollution.

McCarthy said that flaring was 95% effective in reducing volatile organic compounds, or VOCs. "We are not losing time," she said.
Obama's EPA finds problems where known exist....just to make sure they have control.

This should go over well in OH and PA.

Air and water pollution is a hoax? You should do stand-up. According to you, no regulation is required for anything.

In PA and OH there are people complaining that they turn on the faucet and fire comes out from nearby fracking.

That's been happening for a century.

Sometimes wells get some methane in them.

Nice coincidence. People never had a prob until drilling near there home happened.

I really don't understand what yoy people have against responsible regulations. It's like you throw caution to the wind.
