Homosexuality does exist...but NOT to the extent that media portrays it...It is NOT the norm...to display it as the norm...is a lie...
Keep your personal life private....
Considering that this is one picture in what is likely a 50+ page magazine, I would dare to say that they are in fact underrepresenting the ratio of gay to straight that exists in "the real world".
I would also point out that something can be "normal", yet only exist in a minority of the population. There are so many examples to choose from outside of the whole homosexuality "debate" that I don't understand why that's such a hard concept to grasp.
I'm tired of companies using homosexuality as a gimmick to spark interest in their dying business.

Anyways, showing a picture of two people engaging in seemingly homosexual activity to sell a product is no different than showing a picture of two people enganging in seemingly heterosexual activity to sell a product.
the spectacle some seem to be trying to make it into.
YOu got that right. The media is turning it into a spectacle so we see it everywhere, hoping that this flooding the market with these images will convince us that it is an ordinary, everyday occurrence and just start giving it a shrug. Its an old brainwashing tactic. Works well on youth.

A few pics every now and again=flooding the market.
Gotcha.
Anyways, it is a normal, every day occurence for me.
What with being married to a pansexual woman with preferences that shift more towards females than males, and my own rather "trappy" tastes myself.

What is wrong with a business using any image it wants to use?

And what is wrong with people choosing not to shop at a business?
