The Supreme Court has become irrelevant in the Dictator & Chief's eyes.

Why would he come out and blatantly say something like that.
What if they uphold it. Would that then make his appointees the activists?

What does he know, that we don't?

He gave us a big hint.
Can't you take a wild guess?

I think one of the radical leftist Justices gave Obamy the call about some voting.

Liberals don't believe in the Constitution and that is why they are willing to make it up as they go along. For someone who wants to write law from the bench things like the Constitution are road blocks.

I think he knows... the liberal judges have probably already leaked the information to him (which is against probably their own rules, liberals playing by the rules... don't make me laugh)... I think he thought that he could pressure them into complying with him or allow him to create political rhetoric during the election (vote was done and over before he even spoke)... its too bad for him, the court is designed to balance his power, not increase his power... I think that he since he has spoken about it means the Individual Mandate is gone... that it isn't a tax... however, because he didn't go bonkers with it, the Healthcare law is upheld (but now he needs to find out how to fund it) and the Medicaid expansion is legal (he doesn't even talk about it)....

I not going to quibble about what Obama said and what the right thinks he said, instead I just going to point out that if your view of his comments are correct, Obama joins with Jefferson, Lincoln, and FDR all of whom did far more than just criticize the power of the Court.

The Road to Hell is paved with good intentions... unfortunately, some of us are wiser than the rest...

There is no good judgement anymore in this world...no point in even having a court..when the idea of right and wrong no longer apply...this weakness makes the court useless and a waste of time and money..get rid of it.
