I found a place online that painted the guns pink, put jewels on them, and a hello kitty design :-O. Of course by the time i found the place they stopped doing the modification because of a lawsuit .

Guns are one of the few politically charged topics on which the public isn't as clearly divided on party lines as they are on most other topics.

That said, the politicians tend to be pretty well divided, and you don't generally see a conservative politician pushing for legislation that would enact new controls on who can own what type of gun, or why. In the halls of Congress and in state legislatures and city councils around the country, it's the liberals who want to strip you of your 2nd Amendment rights.

Remember that when you go to the polls. As so many liberals like to say when mocking conservatives here on C-D, "You're voting against your own interests."

We already have that law, I can't believe criminals don't obey it.

Obviously inside the house you can blow who you want away that breaks in, even your pesky inlaws

I don't get it either. I'm left of center and own several rifles plus an FBI special. Not a bad shot either. And I would not hesitate to use it if I seriously thought my life was in danger.

The gun nuts are just trying to paint all liberals with the same brush stroke to make it appear that there is no common ground.

Of course, but why make it easy for them either?

No i would not, the same way i did not support the healthcare bill . Just because i lean liberal, and usually vote democrat doesn't mean i run with the pack on all issues.

I don't own any firearms, never have, probably never will. That said, I support the right to own personal firearms. I have liberal friends who own guns.
