for all conservatives, Big Government is the problem. So in order to bring the freedom back, obama should not interfere in bringing oil prices down. No government interference. Let the Free Market decide the prices.

Repeal the Commodities Modernization Act of 2000 and we will quickly have $2 gas, but that will never happen. Oil speculators have made millions upon millions over the last decade and the far left doesn't want to see lower prices because it would discourage their "green" agenda.

Oh, yeah, and cheap computers and cheap software and cheap food and cheap clothing and cheap entertainment and all the other miracles of a competitive market economy. The price of computing power has been dropping 50% every 18 months for decades. Somebody really needs to do something about all these low prices.

Solar, wind, electric cars........have been touted for decades as the "answer".

They aren't, they can't meet our needs and American's don't really want to change their lifestyles, which is really want the Left/obama want.
Americans are stubborn, stupid and gullible, and very inflexible to adapt to changes.
But you can openly defy Obama by buying the biggest SUV with the highest rate of gas consumption you find.

There is nothing "free market" about the oil industry, government regulation and permit systems.

NOT trying to effect the market?

Yeah, that's why the devastation from his Gulf moratorium is ongoing.

Why he slow walks permitting and leasing.

Why he has made offshore/ANWR and pretty much everywhere else off limits.

He is crippling the free market with his anti-oil policies.

Sadly many people do not realize this. Most progressives either make ad hominem attacks or just throw baseless claims out when it is a topic they are wrong on.
