Sorry, but the burden of proof is on the claimer...not the one asking for proof that the claimant bizarrely demands that negative proof from to appear out of thin air. I will provide negative proof if you disprove my invisible pink unicorn. Otherwise, find another argument.

No kidding. My aunt is a real estate agent and had to get out of the industry for a few years. She's seeing an uptick in business, albeit small.

Couldn't agree with you more. I miss the prosperity, certainty, peace and optimism of the 1990s. Some return to that kind of normalcy would be awesome. The last decade was not a fun one to go through-at all.
